My name is Matt , I'm setting up my new business as a fitness instructor . I'm offering either online sessions via zoom or local session which will be based on the isle of Sheppey .

I have the following qualifications

💪Level 3 British Weight Lifting Instructor
💪Level 2 Circuit Instructor
💪Level 3First Aid at Work Instructor
💪Level 2 FA Coaching Badge
💪Level 3Award In Safeguarding
💪Level 3Award In Manual Handling

Sessions are £20 per hour , Multiple bookings will be discounted.
