HYROX
Structured workouts that combine cardio intervals with functional strength movements. Building endurance, strength and movement efficency in a supportive enviroment.
Suitable for beginners. You will work at your own pace in achieving the the varied workouts, while having the support and encouragement from the rest of the class.
We want Hyrox to be accessible and welcoming to everyone! If nothing else, you are sure to have a good laugh! (as you can see 😆)
Classes now run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
