HYROX

Structured workouts that combine cardio intervals with functional strength movements. Building endurance, strength and movement efficency in a supportive enviroment.

Suitable for beginners. You will work at your own pace in achieving the the varied workouts, while having the support and encouragement from the rest of the class.

We want Hyrox to be accessible and welcoming to everyone! If nothing else, you are sure to have a good laugh! (as you can see 😆)

Classes now run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

It’s a high-energy mix of functional strength and endurance training. The workouts are completely scalable to your own pace, zero pressure, and open to all fitness levels and genders.

When:

Mondays: 6:15 AM & 7:00 PM

Tuesdays: 6:15 AM

Thursdays: 12:30 PM

Fridays: 7:00 PM

If you walk past the chalkboard at the gym, you’ll see three simple columns: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. At first glance, it just looks like a list of names and numbers.

Look closely, and you’ll see the true diversity of our community. Side by side, lifters of all ages, genders, and fitness levels are celebrating personal victories.

We don't just cheer the heaviest weights, we celebrate the effort it takes to hit a Personal Best, whether it’s 20kg or 200kg. It’s always you vs. you, with an entire community backing you up.

The welfare of our members is extremely important to us. So with that in mind, we have all undergone a days first aid training.
We hope you are reasured to know that ALL staff at the gym, now have an FFA qualification in First Aid at the work place.

We all feel more confident in administering first aid and life saving CPR, should we need to (but we hope we don't!)

Find Your Flow:

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm: Deep release for Hips & Shoulders

Fridays @ 9:30am: Start your morning with an Energising Flow of back bends and twists.

Saturdays @ 8:00am: Find your center with Balance & Stability training.

🏋‍♀️Beginners Strength Classes at Hawkers Hill Studio🏋‍♀️

Join Nicola for beginner strength classes, where you will learn the foundations of strength work. In each session you will work our whole body using various exercises and movements and learn how to do these movement patterns properly.

The focus will be on effective movements, proper technique, and gradually building strength in a supportive environment — perfect for anyone new to lifting or returning to exercise.

Sessions are Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:30am.

🧘‍♀️Yoga at Hawkers Hill Studio 🧘‍♀️

Join Louise for an hour of breath work, movement and relaxation. Yoga can be a great addition to your current gym routine. Helping you to stretch the muscles and aid the body and mind into relaxation.

Classes are available on;
Tuesdays at 17:30 - focusing on hips and shoulders.
Fridays at 9:30am - focusing on an energising flow of back bends and twists.
Saturdays at 8:00am - focusing on balance and stability.
