I have been asked a few times why I train barefoot on some exercises. Heres why;

✅ allows you to grip the floor
✅ increases stability
✅ increases muscle activation and function.

Wearing shoes
❌ the stabilising muscles activation is decreased, as the trainer doing it for you.
❌ increases ankle sprains, knee instability and shin splints.
