Remember training is not training unless you are in an environment with other people that you call friends and people who you trust. Training with like minded people makes it so much better when you know you are all feeling the same way when you want to give up but you don’t…….This will make you want to finish the lift or finish the workout. Surround yourself with people who actually care and want you to do well……CFS is this place! Corinna and I have created a place where you can feel safe, comfortable being uncomfortable, achieve things that you thought were not possible, and most importantly making you believe in yourself….this is exactly what we wanted to achieve! Just over 6 years down with plenty more to come…. Let’s go CFS 💙🖤
