*********IMPORTANT INFORMATION.**********
Thank you to all the parents that have responded to our emails and I hope that those that are returning on Saturday are just as excited as we are.
If you haven't emailed us with your wishes to return then please do so ASAP as we will NOT be able to accept drop ins on the day.
Those that are waiting till September we will be in contact closer to the time but we hope to then be back on our normal timetable.
I wanted to make all our parents aware of the planning and the precautions that we have put in place for our return and hopefully will answer any questions you may have.
We will be entering the gym via the fire doors which are located to the right of the gym, located behind the bike racks.
The doors will be numbered 1-4. Bubbles 1 and 2 will enter via door number 1 and bubble 3 will enter via door number 3.
When queueing to enter the gym will you all please be mindful of social distancing.
A coach will welcome you at the door. This coach will have a face mask on but only when welcoming the children in. Here the coach will take the childs temperature and administer antibacterial handgel.
This will take some time so please bare with us.
When in the gym the children will be in bubbles and these bubbles will have their own equipment so nothing is shared between the bubbles.
At the end of the session bubble 1 and 2 will exit via door 2 and bubble 3 will exit through door 4.
Again each child will be given handgel on the way out and only once the coach and child have seen parent. Again please be mindful of social distancing. We ask that you make a swift exit so that the next session can come along and queue.
If your child or anyone in the family display any symptoms then we ask for them to stay off from gymnastics and you inform us straight away.
If a child within a bubble begins to display symptoms we will inform every participant of that bubble and they may be required to self isolate.
We will unfortunately be unable to have parents enter the gym.
To increase ventilation we will keep 2 of the doors open so we ask parents not to stay near the doors as this may be distracting to the children.
