This insightful and empowering talk will be led by Hannah McDonnell, a qualified Health Coach from the Centre of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).

After a successful career in finance, Hannah retrained in nutrition, fitness, and biomedicine to better understand and support her own health journey. She now specialises in helping midlife women improve their energy, vitality, and stress management through practical, evidence-based strategies.
