New venture launching, I'm really excited about it: self defence for normal people! It's called No Ninja Nonsense and I'm feeling very proud 😊. First course is ready and it's a strong topic - Knife Defence! Suggestions for subsequent courses, please...! I'm currently thinking "A Girls Night Out"...

Marital arts have always been my well-being rock: as much about mental resilience as about physical prowess, martial arts has given me resources to stick with it and overcome through thick and thin.
