Thinking of trying a class?? 🤔

Here are the top 3 things beginners say when they come to class. Let’s get these myths crushed!

1️⃣ I’m going to fall off the trampoline!
We keep our ((BOUNCE)) low & steady unlike you usually would on a children's trampoline. We encourage attendees to squeeze their core muscles, lean forward and bounce in the balls of both feet which enables stability on the trampoline. Yes, it’s a small surface area (40” diameter to be precise) but you get use to the space you have to ((BOUNCE)) on very quickly as you build your confidence.

2️⃣ I’m scared I’ll wet myself
There is proven research that ((BOUNCE))-ing on a trampoline can actually improve your pelvic floor muscles - we’ve had a lot of feedback from attendees that this has been the case for them! The pelvic floor is a muscle so the more you work at and engage it, the stronger it will become.

3️⃣ I have no coordination!
Our classes are fast paced so initially it might look a little daunting but I can promise you that after session 3/4 it will click and you’ll be flying! Remember every single attendee and instructor has had their first class and we totally get it!

Boogie Bounce classes are highly effective for toning your body.
By combining high-energy, low-impact cardio with specific resistance movements, the workout actively engages your core, legs, and glutes while elevating your heart rate to burn calories and fat.

Increased G-Force:
Exercising on a mini-trampoline (rebounding) forces your muscles to work constantly against gravity and G-force, naturally building muscle strength in the lower body & core.

Joint-Friendly Resistance:

I can proudly & honestly say we have the nicest group of ladies, our classes beginner friendly, no experience required, come along for a sweaty workout with lots of laughter, all ages, abilities & fitness levels. Higher & Lower intensity options throughout.
YOUR workout💪YOUR PACE 💪

Each Boogie Bounce class is 45 mins long. It includes approx 35mins of bouncing (rebounding) on the trampoline, followed by a toning section (muscle strengthening of Abs/triceps & Glutes) with a cool down section at the end.
