Pilates with Liz Pilates classes with Liz in Hildenborough (Monday mornings) and Otford (Tuesday mornings). Mat-based Pilates classes for the over 40s. Men welcome too.

Pilates is a wonderful way of building strength, flexibility and balance whatever your age. Helping to keep people active throughout life is my passion. Having taught Dancercise for over 10 years, I now teach Pilates aimed at the over 40s. People with common orthopaedic conditions such as back and joint pain, osteoporosis and arthritis are welcome. Otford Village Memorial Hall
Tuesday: 9.30 - 10.30am
Tuesday: 10.30 - 11.30am

Classes are £6 each.
