💫 8pm start - 60 minutes class.

💕 Drop in class - £10.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Vinyasa flow style class - focusing on both strength and flexibility (mobility).
Also incorporating breath work, meditation and essential oils.

💕 Suitable for all levels (modifications offered).

As annoyingly barky she can be 😂 this little munchkin is with me throughout all the good and bad!!!

I woke up this morning with an overwhelming sadness.
I’m going through a stage of grief at the moment and a sadness of my life as it once was 🥲.

Betsy gave me the most gorgeous hugs and licked all my tears which gave me the energy to get on my mat.
Ended up with the strongest practice I’ve done in a very long time 🧘🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

Thank you for being you darling Betsy ❤️ you truly are my best friend!!!

🧘🏼‍♀️ There are still spaces left on the day retreat Nikki and I are hosting on Sunday 28th June in Holyport.

☀️ A day to the peak of light, celebrating the Summer Solstice as a portal for renewal, clarity, and inner radiance. Through mindful movement, sound vibrations, nourishment, ritual, and deep rest and reset, we’ll explore what it means to let in the light, let go of what no longer serves, embody the light, and relight the light within.

🌼 The first date we released sold out so we decided to offer one more date.
There are 2 more spaces left for this one 🧘🏼‍♀️💛.

🌼 A day to honour the peak of light, celebrating the Summer Solstice as a portal for renewal, clarity, and inner radiance.
