🎄Beths Fitness brings you Xmas week🎄

🎅🏻Monday 14th - Saturday 19th December🎅🏻

A variety of daily workouts to complete all online. All classes will have a twist....time to blast out the Christmas tunes & let’s finish on a high for 2020! 🎉

I’ll be looking out for all those lovely supportive faces for my last week of teaching🥲.....before I take a step back to have a little rest before my little bubba arrives! ⭐️💕⭐️
