In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

NOTICE✨
On the 6th of April there will be no Zumba class; we will instead be running a full taster session of STRONG 45! For those of you who came to the taster session back in February this is your chance to try a whole class!

It is open to EVERYONE so no matter if you usually see us for Pound or Zumba you are welcome to come along! Spaces will be limited so I would definitely advise to book on early. The response to this class was great after the taster so I think it will be popular!

In class there is low level (low impact), base level and Max Level, each designed to meet your ability and allow you to reach personal goals! 🔥

Perfectly synced music to provide motivation and core strength.. week on week you’ll see the changes in your body shape and strength!
