Your first months training fees will be absolutely free should you wish to join the school. Come down for a free taster lesson and put us through our paces. . Can you believe it has been 1yr since our reopening after the Covid pandemic! My sincere thanks to my Sifu's and Ed Pettitt for their continued guidance, teachings and companionship! To my Senior Instructors , Steve Barker , and , I thank you always for the support, passion and drive to improve our knowledge, the school, and to ensure the art is preserved and moved forward. And to our , without whom we would not have a school; I thank you all for your and to the school. I am so very of your and it is a to guide you through your personal journies.

Last chance to come to our Ladies Self-defence, this coming Saturday (26th) afternoon. We have 4 spaces left 👊🏼✅

So want to do something that could help save your life or protect yourself, then spend 2 hours with us.🙋‍♀️
