Kids Boxing class returns on Wednesday 9th September 4.30 - 6pm.

We hope you've all had a wonderful summer and look forward to welcoming you all back for kids boxing lessons next week - fighting fit and ready to go!!

New KickFit Classes in Settle are on Mondays at 7.15pm & Wednesdays at 6.15pm in The Forge at Phoenix Fitness on the Sidings.

The class is lead by instructor Kim & are aimed at women and girls who want to get fitter and stronger and learn some self defence along the way in a fun fitness class.
