Another incredible weekend just gone! Well done to all of you who have now completed your FSRT. The weather might not have been the greatest but you showed true grit getting in that water over and over again, couldn't have asked for any more!

It's been a busy few days prepping for this weekends 2 star training with the guys at Condover Hall.
Should have everyone ready for their FSRT training the following weekend!
