⚽️The 2026 Oli Jones Football Tournament⚽️

What a day‼️

Thanks to everyone who came and made another hugely successful Tournament in memory of Oli.

The day ran smoothly from start to finish and it was great to see so many people enjoying the day. We hope we did Oli proud ⭐

The weather was perfect ☀️
and lots of money raised for a great cause to be finalised when everything is counted up.

First of all congratulations to our Tournament winners Team Andrew who using there knowledge and experience managed to outwit many of there younger opponents, conceding just one goal the entire day, so thoroughly deserved Champions!🏆🍾

Secondly the day wouldn’t be possible without the help from local businesses-

We are all set and ready for the big day tomorrow❗️

⭐Tomorrow is about bringing the community together and making sure Oli is never forgotten and his name and memory carry’s on with us ⭐

We are also hoping to raise as much money as we can tomorrow towards former Settle United player Luke Ford’s daughter Georgi Ford with her ongoing battle with leukaemia!

This year for children of all ages there will be a series of football challenges hosted by Sam Arrowsmith at SDA ACADEMY❗️

⚽️ 12.15pm - Crossbar challenge (post Challange for younger players)

⚽️ 1.15pm - Penalty Shootout Competition.

⚽️ 2.15pm - 2.45pm football Matches for all children.

Prizes for competition winners.❗️

Remember the tournament is this Sunday and please meet at the field at 11am for the first games to kickoff at 11.30am!

The Oli Jones football tournament is just two weeks away. We still have afew places left for both men’s and ladies teams to enter.

The deadline for entry will be next Saturday (16th May), so please hurry!

The 2 footballers only rule has now been increased to 3 due to multiple requests, but please no more.

We can confirm Dough by Bo 🍕 and Pop up and play 🏰 will be joining us to feed us and keep the children entertained throughout the day!
