Pilates classes will help if you have back problems. This gentle form of exercise helps to build up core strength muscles & the glute chain. The moves will help improve your flexibility, mobility and balance.
This fun workout is suitable for all abilities using kettlebell weights to build strength and muscular endurance combined with pilates moves to improve balance, flexibility & core strength 😊
You can book in prepaid blocks to guarantee your place £48 for 6 weeks or Pay as You Go £9 a session.
