Tuesdays 5.30pm Kettlebells & Pilates Mixed Class🧘‍♀️

Pilates classes will help if you have back problems. This gentle form of exercise helps to build up core strength muscles & the glute chain. The moves will help improve your flexibility, mobility and balance.

This fun workout is suitable for all abilities using kettlebell weights to build strength and muscular endurance combined with pilates moves to improve balance, flexibility & core strength 😊

You can book in prepaid blocks to guarantee your place £48 for 6 weeks or Pay as You Go £9 a session.

Retrains and Relaxes both Body and Mind, Pilates is a whole body workout. Encouraging better postural alignment by strengthening the back and core muscles whilst improving flexibility, mobility, co-ordination and stamina. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Thursday 5.15pm is Pilates & Kettlebells mixed together to get the extra benefits of resistance training while you tone & sculpt 👍
