Giggleswick Gliders Adult coached swimming session to help improve stroke and stamina, learn new skills, keep fit or prepare for racing/triathlons/open water swims. £6 on day

A Level 2 ASA Teacher and Coach, I'm currently Head Coach at Settle Stingrays Swimming Club and Assistant Coach at Skipton Swimming Club. Both Clubs are competitive; Stingrays has County swimmers and Skipton has National swimmers. I've been teaching swimming since 2003 and coaching since 2006 and have experience in teaching small children through to adults; from beginners to advanced.

Friday morning 8:00-9:00 AM. Giggleswick Pool, Adult Coached Session. If you want to improve your technique, speed and endurance, make new friends, be motivated, have fun....come along. £6.00 on the day. It's never too late to start and you're never too old or young to swim and everyone can improve.

This Friday 08:00-09:00, Adult Coached Swim Session at Giggleswick School Pool. If you want to improve, then come along to this session. If you want to learn how to swim smarter, faster and more efficiently, then this is the class for you. If you can only do 10 metres and have to stop for a breath, this class is for you. if you can swim the channel - this class is for YOU! No excuses; you only cheat yourself!
£6.00 on the day. Come along and give it a go.

Today we practised turns and drills, pull and pads. If you can swim, you can come to this class. If you can only swim breaststroke but want to learn front crawl, come to my class. If you swim open water, this class is for you.
