One thing I’ve noticed in the masc le***an community is that a lot of you are trying to build a stronger, more masculine physique without clear information on where to start.
These are some of the most common questions asked on Google and the answers aren’t always what fitness culture tells us
You don’t need supplements or roids
You don’t need to train 6-7x a week to build muscle
You don’t need to live of chicky salads and fruit to drop fat
You don’t need to be a miserable bitch on 1400 cals a day and hate your life
And you most certainly should not believe and compare yourself to other people on the internet and trying to copy their lifestyle and routine
What works for them will most likely not work for you
And it may look perfect but in reality it most likely isn’t
You just need a plan that fits around your lifestyle, a routine that allows you to live your life whilst still hitting your goals and most importantly following a training plan and nutrition goals that doesn’t make you an absolute miserable f**k
