One thing I’ve noticed in the masc le***an community is that a lot of you are trying to build a stronger, more masculine physique without clear information on where to start.

These are some of the most common questions asked on Google and the answers aren’t always what fitness culture tells us

You don’t need supplements or roids

You don’t need to train 6-7x a week to build muscle

You don’t need to live of chicky salads and fruit to drop fat

You don’t need to be a miserable bitch on 1400 cals a day and hate your life

And you most certainly should not believe and compare yourself to other people on the internet and trying to copy their lifestyle and routine

What works for them will most likely not work for you

And it may look perfect but in reality it most likely isn’t

You just need a plan that fits around your lifestyle, a routine that allows you to live your life whilst still hitting your goals and most importantly following a training plan and nutrition goals that doesn’t make you an absolute miserable f**k

Six years

Two completely different versions of myself that both made me unhappy for completely different reasons

And everything in between

And then I swung the other way entirely

Skinny, no muscle, no strength

Clothes hanging off me
Still not feeling right
Still not feeling like me

Both times the turning point was the same thing

That feeling of being so uncomfortable in your own body that you just can’t ignore it anymore

That quiet voice that says something has to change

The difference the second time around was that I finally stopped looking for a quick fix and started building something sustainable

A way of training I actually enjoyed

A way of eating that did not make me miserable

A journey that felt like mine instead of something I was trying to survive my way through

And that changed everything

I am stronger than I have ever been

Iam eating more than I ever have

My clothes fit the way I always wanted them to

And for the first time in six years I am genuinely comfortable and happy in my body

I share this because I know so many masc le***ans are sitting in one of those first two chapters right now

Unhappy and uncomfortable not knowing how to get to the other side

I have been there

And I built my entire coaching around making sure you do not have to stay there✅

I am going to be real with you for a second

Building the body you want is not easy

Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you or selling you something

It is going to require sacrifices

You will say no to things you would rather say yes to

You will have to make lifestyle changes that feel uncomfortable at first

You will have training sessions that feel impossible and weeks where everything falls apart and you have to find a way through it anyway

Life will get in the way, it always does

Work gets mad, relationships get hard, sleep goes out the window and suddenly fitness feels like the last thing you have got energy for

And you show up anyway

Not because it is easy and not because you always feel like it

But because you made a decision that you are done waiting for the right time and done settling for a body that does not feel like yours

That is what this actually takes

But here is the other side of that

It does not need to be complicated

You do not need a different programme every month

You do not need to be perfect with your food every single day

You do not need to completely overhaul your entire life overnight

You just need a plan that was built for your body and your life

And the discipline to follow it even when it gets hard

And someone in your corner who keeps you going when you want to quit

That is what I do.

I am opening up spaces for new clients and I will be honest I am not looking for everyone

I am looking for the masc le***ans who are done making excuses, done restarting every Monday and ready to fully commit to the process even when it gets uncomfortable

10 signs you need to eat more, not less

1.Food is on your mind literally all day long

2.You are “good” all week and then completely lose control at the weekend

3.Your energy falls off a cliff every single afternoon

4.Your sessions feel weak, flat and harder than they should
