We have had several customers asking about our Collection point opening times. Please be aware that the times showing on the AI overview Google searches at the moment are not correct.
The correct opening times are shown below. The collection point is at Unit 4 on the Sowarth Industrial Estate BD24 9FQ (opposite Arla and next to the council recycling centre). If you use ‘what three words’ the location is at frogs.offstage.stupidly

Opening times are now:

Monday Closed;

Tuesday 9.30am-4.30pm;

Wednesday closed;

Thursday 5.30pm -7.30pm;

Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm;

Saturday closed;

Sunday 10am - 12:30pm.

We're pleased to share we've invested in a brand new rowing machine in the gym at Settle Pool. Why not come along and give our latest bit of kit a try?

Whether you're looking to add some cardio to your workout, build strength or just fancy mixing up your usual routine, the rower is a great way to do it.

Not sure where to start? No problem! Just ask on reception and one of our trained staff will be more than happy to show you how to use it and help add it to your routine.

And remember, our gym is available as part of a membership or on a Pay As You Go basis, so there's nothing stopping you from giving it a go! So pop in, say hello and get rowing 🚣‍♀️.

We are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team.

This role involves working on reception and in our small café, serving refreshments and welcoming our customers, particularly during our Learn to Swim Lessons.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly and approachable
✨ Organised and reliable
✨ Confident dealing with customers
✨ Happy working as part of a small team

Hours: 12hrs p/w, Monday to Thursday 3.30pm - 6.30pm.

We’re delighted to share that we’ve been working with AR Leisure Collective Ltd to train some of our staff on the plant room at the pool — and we can now proudly say we have four fully trained Plant Room Operatives! 👏

This means we’re able to run and manage our plant room more efficiently and effectively. But, perhaps even more excitingly, the training has given us lots of ideas about how we can continue improving the Pool, making it more sustainable both financially and environmentally for the future. 🌱💡

A huge thank you to Andy for being so patient with us, answering our million questions, and guiding us through the training and exam. Your support has been fantastic, and we’ve learned so much!

We’d also like to say a massive thank you to The Two Ridings Foundation for their support. Their funding has enabled us to invest in training, not only for our existing employees, but also for members of the community through the recent Lifeguard Courses. 🙌

We can’t wait to keep learning, keep improving and keep making Settle Swimming Pool the best it can be for our community! 🥳

What a pleasure they have been to tutor; and what a great place Settle Area Swimming Pool, more than just a pool is... such a lovely feeling about the place, and it's clear the locals love it!

All 4 learners were keen from minute 1, and wanted to know everything, which from a tutors point of view is like a breath of fresh air... and their knowledge was oustanding.

Today, all that knowledge and learning, led to all 4 smashing their MCQ and successfully passing the course 🙌

Thanks guys for having me; and...

See you in 5 years!

Today is Lifeguard Appreciation Day, and we want to say a huge THANK YOU to our incredible lifeguard team here at Settle Pool! 💙🏊‍♂️

Every day, our lifeguards do so much more than watch the pool. They help keep everyone safe, provide reassurance, offer a friendly smile, support swimmers of all ages, and are always ready to respond when needed. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment make a real difference to everyone who visits us.
