Good Morning everyone, Happy new year!
I have made the difficult decision to cancel aerobics going forward, unfortunately other commitments have made it difficult for me to commit to a Wednesday . Thank you all so much, will miss the class very much as we were going into our fourth year!! X######xx 😞

Last aerobics tonight before Christmas at the Selsey centre come on down for that last session of the year!
If you can’t make it we will be back Jan 10 to work off all the Christmas goodies! X###x

Aerobics Class cancelled this week

Unfortunately there is no Aerobics at the Selsey centre this week due to a family funeral. Please if you have a number of someone who normally attends please message them as I’m worried I’m going to have missed someone. Many thanks xx
