“The hardest part about trying to exercise as a new mum is the time and freedom to go. Enter Stacey! Stacey’s classes are set up for you to bring your kids! From babies to school kids, Stacey allows all ages to stop that barrier to exercise.

Alongside that Stacey’s classes are great and her knowledge is fantastic. She explains reasons for choosing exercises and how it helps. Stacey will always accommodate and give alternative exercises if needed. She has even given alternative exercises for me whilst I held my baby when she wouldn’t lie down.

I’ve never dreaded going to one of Stacey’s classes which I have previously at gym classes. I will definitely miss these classes when I go back to work!

Highly recommend to any mum who wants to get back to the gym but doesn’t have childcare but also anyone who is nervous to start postnatal exercise. Stacey will build your confidence and guide you.”

Being a mum on maternity leave you have to prioritise what you spend on, I get that, I’ve been there too

But what if you still got to prioritise your fitness and healing?

I created my classes to make exercise accessible to as many mums as possible
By removing as many barriers as I can

At Bumps&Babies there are no memberships or contracts- just flexible options to suit you

Safety first! Here’s how I keep you all safe

Exercises are selected based on their safety around children as well as their effectiveness for you!
For example exercises where weights are held close to your body

Equipment is selected in the same way
For example certain equipment wouldn’t be a safe option if toddlers are present and we would use an alternative

I have plenty of adaptations available if children want to be close to you

I tailor every session to ensure its safe for your individual needs- ie- health conditions, injuries, trimester etc

Children are welcome to move freely around the studio, however I do have a playpen available for younger babies to use if you prefer

Pushchairs, car seats and slings are all welcome here!

These classes work so well because we are a community
And although your children remain your responsibility- we all look out for each other!

And the beauty is that there are so many alternatives- so you’ll get an effective and safe workout no matter what you or your child needs!
