Well then my fabulous Thursday crew!

Thank you to everyone for your feedback regarding tonight’s class. We definitely have enough to run tonight’s class! 😄

❗️Today’s weather forecast is for lots of sun and high temperatures, so I can’t stress enough how important it is that you stay hydrated and fuelled with food throughout the day! 🥪🍎💦

The hall at Wistow is probably one of the coolest places to be in this heatwave, and I’ll do my best to make sure that both the hall and us stay as cool as possible. 🌡️💨

Tonight’s class will be your usual favourite songs, just at a slightly slower pace, with more breaks scattered throughout. 😊

❗️Please wear light comfortable clothing, and you MUST bring your water bottle❗️

Your safety and well-being is so important to me, so we need to take it steady tonight. If you feel that it is too hot and you no longer wish to attend, please let me know asap ☺️
