🤩Meet The Team 🤩

💥Luke Fox💥

Luke has been part of RG for the past couple of years and recently started assisting on the mats in January 2026 💪🏼

If you know Luke you will know he's very conscious about his hair 💇‍♂️ he has more Brushes, combs and styling gel than his girlfriend 🤣

Rumour has it that Luke wants to be the next Leonardo Dicaprio and has posters of him all over his bedroom 🤩🤩

⏳️Time is a recommendation for Luke, he sees 7pm start and that somehow translates to 7:10pm in Luke's head 🤷‍♀️

Luke is excellent with the kids, he fits right in and has the same mental age as majority of our mini kicks 👶 however he can show authority when needed - usually to his mum about what he wants for tea 😋

We're back 💥

We hope you had a lovely bank holiday yesterday and are raring and ready to get back training 💪🏼💪🏼

Classes will resume at both clubs tonight 🥊👊🏼

On a side note....we have had a few people asking about the summer timetable!

It is working lovely at both clubs so far and we have seen no need to change back, therefore we are keeping the summer timetable for the foreseeable 🥳💪🏼

The most anticipated game of year finally happened yesterday! We had 2 Team full of confidence going into the match and a huge crowd of supporters cheering all the players on 🤩

🔥Charlie Wilson🔥

Charlie has been part of RG since January 2026 however we have know Charlie since he was a scrawny little teenager

Charlie teaches our K1 class on a Monday and thoroughly enjoys kicking people in the leg (especially Luke)🥊

He stands for no nonsense and will happily tell you if youre doing something wrong or your haircut is bad 🫣

Charlie's day job entails removing dirt and potentially bird poo from a less shiny object, with water, to make it more shiny and less full of bird poo (he's a window cleaner🪟🧼) Rumour has it he wears a cute little pinny whilst doing so 🙈

He's full of energy, and a great K1 instructor, however he will happily knee you in the face if youre not listening 🤣

The year has flown by and we've already done so much as a team 💪🏼 but September is even busier!!

🏫🎒The return of the kids back to school is approaching fast and we wish all our students the best of luck heading into their new years at school or college 😁

🌟Tuesday 25th - Danny Mitchell Seminar - RG Mayfair, 6-8pm, £10pp
💥Sunday 30th - Charity Football Match - The Rec, 1pm kick off
🔥Monday 31st - Bank Holiday - Both Clubs Closed
