This is the most recent statement from BASRaT regarding the recent outbreak of Covid-19 within the UK. With the rugby season currently postponed for 4 weeks and suffering from asthma I will be self isolating.
However, this does not mean that you cannot book in with me virtually. Anyone wishing to be assessed and given a rehab plan to carry out at home can do so over Skype.
I am also offering at home exercise plans for those who are also self isolating and wish to keep active!

My little gawmless face has been working in rugby union now for a year and a half!
It is one of the best decisions I made going straight into a team after graduating from my undergrad. Working within a team environment has drastically boosted my confidence as a Sport Rehabilitator and I'm massively grateful for all the players that I have had the fortune of working with.
I am currently working with and always enjoy the hectic rush and buzz of the changing rooms pre match. Even when the starting whistle blows you still have to be watching every single person that is on the pitch and definitely isn't easy but I wouldn't change a thing.

Hey! My name is Megan and I am a graduate Sport Rehabilitator. I graduated from Salford university in 2018 and have been working in rugby union ever since! Currently finishing off my masters in strength and conditioning also at Salford. However I am now based over in Leeds.

I currently work at Otley RUFC and absolutely love working within rugby. I have been invited to practice alongside Luke Noone in his osteopath clinic called The Pain Release Practice on Leeds Road in Selby offering a range of services.
