A Reiki & Pilates collaboration
Roots & Radiance and Pilates by Charley have come together for a special wellness experience, blending the grounding power of Reiki with the mindful strength of Pilates.

This session is designed to support both the physical and energetic body - creating space to move with intention, release tension, and restore balance.
You’ll be guided through a nourishing Pilates flow led by Pilates by Charley, followed by a deeply relaxing Reiki experience facilitated by Roots & Radiance. Together, these practices work to build strength, support nervous system regulation, and leave you feeling calm, clear, and reconnected.

Funnily enough, I’ve had to chase payments that still have not been paid & some have ignored. Being a small business is hard, you wouldn’t leave Tesco without paying…

Why do it to a small business.

If you don’t pay 24 hours before the session is no longer yours, I am not doing this all over again like I did last year.
