Imagine if you just stopped messing about and actually went for it

Fully locked in on yourself to create the best version of you

That’s what Kyle did and is continuing to do

Back in January, Kyle wasn’t in a good spot

He wasn’t happy with how he looked or how he felt in himself

Enough said.

He decided that instead of falling a victim to his habits and creating excuses to put off facing the work

He was going to take action

He was going to call the shots and take responsibility for his own problems

6 months later he has completely switched his life around 🚀

✅ Dropped body fat

From being ‘on’ and ‘off’ with her fitness journey and going round in circles

To changing her identity / lifestyle for the better and seeing consistent progress

Em first approached me back in 2022 with her partner Pete

Her goals were to improve her habits as well as drop body fat and boost her confidence

Prior to coaching Emma fell into the trap most people do


Being ‘on’ it Monday - Friday, then throwing it out of the window at the weekends

In her words: she had the ‘all or nothing’ mentality

She knew that the inconsistency of her routine was holding her back from seeing the results she wanted

So this is something we focused on and made sure to get right

Being a busy Mum with an active social calendar

We needed to find the right approach for her so that she could achieve her goals in a sustainable and realistic way

Now, she is now in a position where she has just cracked it ✅

She has dropped body fat

Gained strength

Has more energy than ever

All because she has found the routine that works for her and her lifestyle đŸ™ŒđŸŒ
