I am delighted to be offering a second class at Bergh Apton village hall. We practice in the beautiful outside space when the weather allows. With plenty of area to choose from, sunshine or shade, to lay out your mat. We take it inside the hall when the weather is not fine.
This new weekly schedule begins on Monday, 1st June. Everyone is welcome.

I am delighted to be offering this retreat day alongside Susie Willsher Nutrition at the beautiful SunFyr Barns. Guiding you through a nourishing and supportive experience, combining evidence-based nutrition and yoga.

This day is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with your body and learn how to support yourself through the changes of perimenopause.

Through a combination of yoga, nutrition and practical lifestyle guidance, we will explore simple ways to regulate the nervous system, restore energy and support your body during this stage of life.

During the day Susie will share clear and practical information about what is happening hormonally during perimenopause and the simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies that can make a real difference to how we feel.

I will guide two yoga practices with a combination of mindful movement and breathing exercises to focus on reconnecting with your body, to regulate the nervous system and stimulate the brain.

The day also includes a nourishing vegetarian lunch, refreshments and a goodie bag of carefully chosen wellbeing products to take home.
