I am delighted to be offering this retreat day alongside Susie Willsher Nutrition at the beautiful SunFyr Barns. Guiding you through a nourishing and supportive experience, combining evidence-based nutrition and yoga.
This day is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with your body and learn how to support yourself through the changes of perimenopause.
Through a combination of yoga, nutrition and practical lifestyle guidance, we will explore simple ways to regulate the nervous system, restore energy and support your body during this stage of life.
During the day Susie will share clear and practical information about what is happening hormonally during perimenopause and the simple nutrition and lifestyle strategies that can make a real difference to how we feel.
I will guide two yoga practices with a combination of mindful movement and breathing exercises to focus on reconnecting with your body, to regulate the nervous system and stimulate the brain.
The day also includes a nourishing vegetarian lunch, refreshments and a goodie bag of carefully chosen wellbeing products to take home.
