Clubbercise

is a fun dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines using glow sticks to club anthems from the 90′s to now. Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights to create a nightclub atmosphere. This Girl Can Classes provide a welcoming beginner’s programme where getting it wrong is totally alright. If you’ve got two left feet or have never done a push up in your life, then these classes are for you. They will give you the confidence to try new moves, understand different fitness class options, and even make new friends. Class price is £5.00 or a package of 4 of classes for £16

What should I wear/bring? Trainers and comfortable clothing and make sure you bring some water.
