Rugby line out strength 💪🏽

I used to really struggle to lift the big boys in the line outs when I was a younger 🥵

• Explosive lifting
• Strong under the man in an overhead. position
• Dynamic and stable in the air as a jumper

With the right training program and diet your body can change and adapt faster than you think 🤔

Weight is only one measure of progress so don't get stuck on the numbers. To see real progress take photos, measurements and record training diaries to track performance markers. Even a small change in nutrition is a step in the right direction.
