Cricket Club A very friendly club currently with two teams in the Hampshire League. Superb Burnaby Road venue (once host to Hampshire CCC).

🚨 Today’s match is cancelled due to the weather. ☔️. We finish 2026 with 5 straight wins and a highly respectable 3rd placed finish.

It’s been a fun season, on the pitch and off it, and we are already looking forward to 2027.

🏏 RESULT!

An outstanding performance in the field yesterday in a low scoring affair, as we won by just 8 runs. A few of our batters played crucial knocks, and then our bowlers (supported by great fielding) did the damage to help us to the win.

Five wins in a row now, and hopefully the weather will hold for next weekend and we can finish strongly.

Result! 🚨

A fine performance took us to a fourth consecutive win yesterday as we chased down a 204 target with overs to spare.

After a brilliant opening spell left the opposition 13-4, they recovered really well to post a good total.

Josh with a brutal 65 got us well ahead of the rate, and some sensible batting by Jason and Swayam helped us reach the target.

Skipper Brad Welfare is back after missing last week, with Jason Jeal, Ekram Basher and Colin Smith also returning to the side.

RESULT 🚨

Brilliant win yesterday as we beat the 2nd placed team by 7 wickets at Burnaby Road.

Some disciplined bowling - supported by an energetic performance in the field - followed by some sensible batting saw us home with an over to spare. Our latest Navy recruit Alfie with a crucial unbeaten 50. Good team performance.

Really enjoyable day in the sunshine at our home ground.
