Well we gave in door carpet bowls a little go today. Owen was on the jack first, Rob a close second and well Peter and myself shared third place🤣. Takes a bit of getting used to but a good way for gentle excercise and a social game for the winter months for those who want some fun and good company. Thanks to Seaton sluice community centre and Liz helping us with the rules. We will be giving it another go.

We had a great turnout for our second open day! ☀️
The sun shone, and we welcomed lots of new members. A huge thank you to everyone who came along and volunteered — your support made the day such a success.

This Saturday is our open day. Why not pop along and join us on the green. Children accompanied by an adult also welcome.

Another open day after having such a successful one not so long ago. We have some lovely keen new members both male and female. Come along and join us don’t be shy all you need is flat soled shoes and we can assist with the rest. We are at the green Saturday and Sunday mornings most weeks if you can’t make it on the 23rd we will be happy to assist.

We played against Crawford Park Bowling Club today and this wonderful lady was playing against our team. I think she is amazing, Maria is almost 94years young what a great player and lovely lady (and I did get permission to say her age)❤️

What a super days bowling Seaton Delaval Ladies bowling club versus Astley Park. It was Astley Park that took the trophy…a brilliant atmosphere and some good banter as always

A big thanks to Brian and Marjorie being our quiz masters again you did a great job and Rob for higher and lower. We had lots of fun and laughs finally thanks to the bar staff at the Terrace Club.

Well what a great turn out to the open day with Astley Park bowling club and Seaton Delaval ladies club. Hope you all had as good a time as we did. There was some very keen interest shown and new members signed up. A huge thank you to all that helped out making teas and coffees etc and helping on the green.
