🏏 Match Report

Huds heroes had aconvincing 9-wicket victory away to Boldon CC.

After choosing to field, we restricted Boldon to 90-6 from 15 overs, with wickets shared around the attack and a run-out adding to the pressure.

In reply, Jack Moorhead (39), Craig Price (25) and Alan Cooke (13) guided Seaham to 93-1 in just 8.3 overs, sealing victory with plenty to spare.

A strong all-round team performance

Match Report

Our U13s bowed out of the Ernie Lamb Trophy at the quarter-final stage after a 46-run defeat to Seaham Harbour CC U13 Yellow.

After Harbour posted a big 139 all out from 19.5 overs, Park battled hard in reply. Lucy Allsop top-scored with 19, while Will Hunter (11) and Harry Hunter (15* not out) kept the chase alive, but regular wickets meant we finished on 93/7 from our 20 overs.

A great effort from the boys and girls against a strong side, and plenty of positives to take forward. Well done to Seaham Harbour and good luck in the next round.

Seaham Park CC U17s fell to a 71-run defeat against Littletown CC in the Durham
Match Report u17s

Littletown posted 155-5 from their 20 overs, with Luke Alderson taking 2-29. We were then bowled out for 84 in 16.4 overs, Elliott Atherton top-scoring with 16 as Littletown’s bowlers kept the chase under control throughout.

Great to see young Will Hunter playing U17 cricket and only 11 year old. Bright future ahead of the lad
