Mark has lost 7 1/2 Stone in about 3 years doing it slowly stops you having lots of loose skin hanging everywhere.
He,s still had holidays ,nights out and days off his diet . This has kept him healthy and with a minimal amount of skin that will have to be removed to look the way he wants to .If you need any help i'me here to answer any of your questions .

After Marks Gold Medal at the Commonwealth Games he needs a good overhaul .
This is a little look at the Treatment he got .
I've Been practising Sports Massage for 27yrs now and can normally fix up to 99% of injuries i treat.
When Mark's up here and not with Team GB I look after his injuries and keep him 100%.

As you will see most of you will laugh at the gym thinking no chance .

Today were looking at your food Prep.
It Best to cook all your daily food together and put it in cartons for over the day .
This means you won't get caught out being hungry and eating rubbish cos its easy and you know all your protein and carbs are right .
