Shingado North East-Ju Jitsu Shin-Ga-Do North East is a traditional Japanese style Ju Jitsu club based in Seaham, County Durham. Beginners from 16yrs and above welcome.

Learn Ju Jitsu in a friendly environment and beginners from 16yrs are always welcome.
Every Tuesday evening from 7pm to 8:30pm in East Lea Community Centre Seaham ( close to the Mallard pub ! ).
Japanese Ju Jitsu is an ancient martial
art which used an attacker's momentum against them and incorporates strikes, punches, kicks, throws and joint locks as well as other takedowns and as a students knowledge increases through the grades, traditional weapons such Tonfa, Jo staff, Katana, Hanbo etc are introduced.
