Not too bad when your walk to “work” is this long.
Although teaching Pilates strangely doesn’t feel like work, I’m genuinely loving this new chapter of my life. All the amazing people I’ve met, if you’ve been thinking about trying out something new, take that leap! Maybe you’ll fall in love like I have with this way of moving your body 🙏 empowering Men and women to strengthen those foundations and maybe even surprise yourself a little with what you’re capable of! Even if you’re recovering from injuries or you’re going through something tough, this place has a funny way of holding people 🤗

Our classes are limited to just 3 people per session to keep them small, personal and supportive — so spaces are already starting to fill.

We’re so excited to let you know that the booking system for The Secret Studio is now LIVE! 🎉

You can now head over to Secret Studio Seaford to create your account, complete your waiver, and start booking your classes.

Before making a booking, please make sure you:

• Fill out the waiver form
