I also want to preface that I don’t have a vendetter against the aesthetic (I love matcha and I love matching gym sets) but we have to separate the aesthetic from the actual practice of Pilates - they’re not a package deal.

My editing skills were TESTED and it’s still out of sync but you get the gist🤣

In Pilates, you sometimes don’t realise exactly how many muscles you’re using at the same time! Which is why it is SO important to engage your core to initiate and support every move 🫶🏼

During my recent holiday in Rhodes, I came across so many stray cats and kittens who are sadly living without the food, care and support they need.

I came across who are a volunteer based cat sanctuary. They are volunteers who dedicate their spare time to the stray cats, they have no office, no real shelter facilities, no animal ambulance or transport van, and they receive no state funding or assistance, they fully depend on donations.

I wanted to do something to help, so I’ve decided to donate the profits from my upcoming Pilates classes at Eden Pilates Studio directly to support the Kalithea Cats.

Class dates:
Saturday 26th September - 8am + 9am
Sunday 27th September - 11am + 12pm

Any additional donation, no matter how small, will help towards providing food, veterinary care and essential support for these cats.

If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much and help us reach more people.

We are based on Arundel Road however we cannot pin point the exact location on google so it can be a little tricky to find. You can type in BN25 4LU but please do not knock on any neighbours doors😅
