We are based on Arundel Road however we cannot pin point the exact location on google so it can be a little tricky to find. You can type in BN25 4LU but please do not knock on any neighbours doors😅

We’re so excited to welcome Zoe to the Eden Pilates team.

Zoe is already an amazing mat Pilates instructor in the local area, and we’re so happy to now have her teaching Reformer Pilates at Eden!
