Are you stiff? Are your toes too far away to touch? Do you get back ache when you get up in the morning? Come to yoga with Rosie, change all that and have fun too!! You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga – you come to yoga to get flexible. Whatever your fitness level you will find a safe and welcoming environment. Her classes are non-competitive and appeal to everyone. In Rosie’s classes you are

guided to work meditatively, listening closely to your own body and breath. Discover your inner resources to develop postures as you learn to isolate parts of your body and with small movements make big shifts. All of this happens without grasping but by listening and allowing. Rosie’s teaching focuses on using the breath to deepen and extend the body, mind and spirit.

Why not start your weekend with a lovely gentle, yet energising, Vajrasati yoga class?

9.30am tomorrow (Saturday) morning, at The Seaford Con Club.

Suitable for all ages and levels of experience. Let me know if you’d like me to bring a mat for you.

After tomorrow I shall be teaching in West Crete, so the next class in Seaford will be the 3rd October

You don’t have to be a member to book, just go to: www.waveleisure.co.uk

Mats, blocks and belts are provided if you don’t have your own

Pop in and see. 7 Dane Road, the old Shore pub location, opposite Bacca’s.

But you don’t need to be member for everything - for example…

One of the best activities there is the Vajrasati Yoga class at 9.30 on Saturday
mornings. Gentle, traditional yoga. Take it at your own pace. Suitable for everyone, including beginners…
