Entering our birth month and finishing work has given me all the feels. I feel so blessed to be surrounded by such amazing people and to bring our baby into the most strongest and loyal village we know, fills me with more joy than I’ve ever felt.

Thank you for all the wonderful messages & acts of love and encouragement these past few weeks - they are forever etched.

Thank you to my beautiful studios and for supporting me these past 9 months - I’m so lucky to be a part of two incredible communities and I look forward to coming back!!! Thank you to all my clients - you have inspired me more than you’ll ever know.

|| CHERISHING these special moments before the baby arrives. Feeling so lucky to be so loved and supported but Jesus the REALITY of taking an autumn walk through the woods at 9 months pregnant 😂 ...
Swipe on for wellies that just don’t fit these new lovely chunky legs of mine (WTAF!!) and needing to take a seat or a wee every two minutes 🤣

I honestly don’t know how I can still teach a spin class but can barely walk through the woods ... maybe it was the wellies cutting off my circulation 😂

|| Maternity cover teacher needed 💛

I am looking for a gorgeous Vinyasa flow or Hatha yoga teacher to take over my Thursday evening Yurt yoga class in Seaford whilst I’m on maternity leave.

It’s a super special class with all the feel good cosy vibes, a strong but slower paced class- restoring from the week and getting ready to step into the weekend.

I have a gorgeous small group of people who attend and I would just love the class to carry on- there are a couple of spaces to add more participants if you would like. There is also the opportunity to add another class/s if you wish.

Ahh this week it all starts for the last time in a while!!! Thrilled (as always!) to be hosting my final Animal Flow intensives!

Wednesday morning live classes on Zoom for 45 minutes

Pre recorded Drills classes where we you learn technique, travelling forms, switches and transition and Pre recorded Flow classes where you learn choreography, free flow and call out

Each class will be filmed so you can catch up or refer at any time

Private facebook group with access to helpful resources , support and a like minded community

Individual feed back and analysis to help efficient progress

Weekly ‘Call Out’ PDFs so you can practice flows relevant to your learning

The Science of Animal Flow PDF and other useful resources to help you understand the movement further
