Great afternoon at Eastbourne Borough FC Tournament. The boys played well and came home with a medal each! ⚽🏅

A rather wet friendly match away today against Stone Cross Royals.

Two matches played. The score for the first game was 2-1 to Stone Cross Royals with our goal being scored by Freddie. The second game was 2-3 to Seaford Town Reds with Freddie scoring two goals and Finley S scoring one goal.

Two great matches played by the boys today in their new kit sponsored by Ceewhy Vancouver Ltd.

First match was 2-1 to the Reds. Goal scorers were Rupert and Finley.

Second match was 4-1 to the Reds. Goal scorers were Freddie, Zach and Alfie E x2.

Captain Archie played excellently. There was some great passes and footwork by the boys. Joe saved some great shots from the Whites in the last half of the second game.

Man of the match went to Zach for some excellent tackling, keeping hold of the ball under pressure and an excellent goal.

Well done boys!

Today the Under 8 Reds did a 1 minute applause in memory of Coach Joel Denman who recently passed away due to Cancer. The players and spectators showed great respect for the coach who will be missed by the whole club.

Today the Under 8 Reds had a home game against DASH.

We started the match with a minutes applause in memory if Joel Denman, a Youth Coach who sadly lost his life due to Cancer recently. He will be sadly missed by the whole club.

The boys played both matches well. Hamish was Captain for today's matches.

First game we won 1 - 0 with Freddie scoring the goal for Seaford. We saw some great passing from all the boys but a special mention to Freddie with an impressive drag back pass to his team mate.

Second game we drew 2 - 2. Goals by Freddie and Ruppert.

The passing between the players was great with them using the whole pitch and finding space well.

Man of the Match goes to Freddie Peachey.

Today's captain was Finley S. Shout out to Joe, Oscar and Zac who played well in goal, stopping the opposition scoring a number goals!
