These classes are suitable for the experienced fighter and students will progress to these classes when they have learnt the basic skills taught in the beginner/intermediate classes. These no-nonsense classes will push you to your limits, motivate you to train harder – 100% effort is expected at all times in return for 100% commitment and motivation from your trainers. Students are encouraged to take part in as many classes as they can to encourage their understanding of Muay Thai and its culture.
