💪 Sam T’s Top 3 Chest Exercises 💪
Looking to improve your chest sessions? Here are Sam's top three chest exercises and why he thinks they're a great addition to your training 🔥
Incline dumbbell press - great exercise targeting the full chest with a bias on the upper to middle chest. Great to build unilateral stability and control under load.
The smith machine incline bench press - similar to the dumbbell press. A great all rounder for building a full chest. But this offers more support through the movement, allowing more opportunity for overload.
Pec deck - amazing movement to isolate the chest, without fatiguing the triceps or delts. The tension you feel in the deep stretch that this movement offers is super effective for muscle building. The fixed path means you can target the chest safely.
Remember, practicing all movements with correct form and safety in mind is paramount.
