Most people only see the confidence now.

The competitions.

I asked Ellie where she thinks she’d be if she never found the gym… and her answer says everything about why we do this.

Everyone says they’re a community now.

Most gyms just mean:
“we all wear the same hoodie.”

You’ll see someone doing their first box step up next to someone training for competition.
