Congratulations to Jacob Powell who took the win against Jason White

Jacob booked his place in the final with a victory over Elliott Cox. Jason booked his spot with a victory over Phil Pearson

The second tier was won by Joshua Reed who defeated Sue Pearson in the final.

Everyone at Bottesford Darts Academy would like to congratulate Jed on an incredible run of achievements and his qualification for the 2026 JDC England Nations Cup Qualifier, 2026 JDC England World Cup B Team Qualifier, and the 2026 JDC Academy Masters 💙💛.

These prestigious qualifications are the result of Jed’s excellent performances throughout JDC Academy Seasons 1–3 and are a fitting reward for the hard work, dedication, and commitment he continues to show both on and off the oche.

Jed’s success doesn’t stop there. This year he has also:
🏆 Won JDC Foundation Tour North Event 10
🥈 Finished runner-up in Events 11 and 12
🏆 Won WDF Youth Grand Prix Event 2 in Bristol

To achieve qualification for these elite events, while also enjoying success on the national youth circuit, is a fantastic accomplishment and reflects the effort Jed puts into continually improving his game.

The JDC Academy Masters will see him compete against some of the best academy players in England, while the Nations Cup and World Cup qualifiers provide an opportunity to earn the honour of representing England on the international stage.

As an academy, we are incredibly proud to see one of our players achieving such success and setting a fantastic example for the younger players coming through our sessions.
