💚Following Mental Health Awareness Week, Did You Know? 95% of golfers suggested the game of golf was beneficial to their mental health 💚

However, 20% of all adults do suffer from some form of mental health problem, we therefore would like to highlight the areas of help and care available to anyone that seeks it. Below are all relevant charities and resources designed to help individuals with a variety of prominent mental health issues.

Meanwhile, the 95% are a great advocate for our great game so we hope to see you on the golf course over the coming days, weeks & months ⛳️💚⛳️
