Hi guys, If you haven’t seen the news then we are all set for re opening on the 25th of July so just over two weeks 🙌🏼 The wait has been long but it has been worth it because it has enabled us to improve the facility so much for you guys and we know you won’t be disappointed 🔥 Thank you to all of you who have continued to support us as we have said over and over it really has meant so much and you won’t be forgotten about once we re open 🙏

More updates on what procedures we will have in place will be announced in the lead up to re opening so pleas can you all FOLLOW OUR NEW FACEBOOK PAGE for updates etc as unfortunately this page will be getting taken down due to admin issues. I will link it below.

Here’s a sneak peak and probably the last one you’ll see before we re open of the new extended area here at Reso24🔥 We have been working super hard to bring you an even better facility and well that is an understatement, we don’t want to give it all away but when you walk through them doors your going to be shocked😏 See you very soon shouldn’t be too much longer now guys 💚

Afternoon everyone I’m sure a lot of you will have seen the update from the government regarding the next phase and unfortunately gyms are not on that list of business’s to re open 😔 However we are hopeful for mid July as announced by Oliver Dowden from Culture Secretary but this is just a guideline nothing set in stone as of yet unfortunately but as soon as we know more we will update you guys!

Massive thank you to all of you who have continued to support us it won’t go unrecognised and you are the reason that we will be able to re open the place we all love to work, train, socialise, escape and clear of heads so thank you all so so much 🙏

Hi everyone hope you are all well!

I know we have said it a lot but we are so greatful to those of you who have continued to support us during this time 🙏

The gym will have made some vast improvements as we want to give back to you and sure you will all love what has been done 🔥

Hopefully we are narrowing the end of lockdown now and we will see you all again very soon we have missed you all and can not wait for re opening of Reso 💪🏼🙏

Morning everyone 🙌🏼

Body weight circuit number 2🔥

Same principle as beside 4 exercises back to back rest after all 4 exercises are completed for around 60-90 seconds and do a to total of 5 rounds 💪🏼

Exercise 1. Jumping jacks x20 reps
Exercises 2. High knees on the spot x20 reps
Exercise 3. Mountain climbers x20 reps
Exercise 4. Burpees x10 reps

This is a more intense cardiovascular circuit so make sure to pace yourself guys, if 20 reps is too much then you can always start at 10 and work your way up 💪🏼

Hi guys here’s a little body weight circuit for you to try out at home 💪🏼

Body weight circuit🔥

5 Total Rounds😎

Do all exercises back to back and rest once all exercises are complete for 60 seconds.

Exercise 1 - Explosive jump squats x10 reps
Exercise 2 - Press ups x10 reps (can do them on knees if you can’t do full press up)
Exercise 3 - 1 leg static lunges x10 reps on each leg
Exercise 4 - Plank for 30 seconds

Rest for 60 seconds and repeat for 5 rounds 💪🏼
