I run along side Twin Tigers Martial Arts, where I offer Personal Training Sessions, as a qualified level 3 PT. I also hold Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 2 award in Circuits from 5 years also pre and post natal exercise classes. Fully DBS cleared and 1st Aid Trained.
