🚨 IMPORTANT OPEN DAY ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Ahead of our RESO24 OPEN DAY this Saturday 12th September, please be aware that:

⛔ THE GYM WILL CLOSE AT 8PM ON FRIDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER

✅ WE WILL REOPEN AT 10AM ON SATURDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER

This means there will be NO ACCESS between 8pm Friday 11th and 10am Saturday 12th.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This is the first time we’ve ever closed the gym like this, but Saturday is a huge day for RESO24 and we need those few hours to get everything ready.

We’ll be cleaning, tidying and organising the entire gym, as well as giving our DJ’s, Illegal Nutrition and everyone involved the time they need to get set up properly.

And then at 10AM, THE DOORS OPEN! 🔥

We’re genuinely excited to welcome everyone through the doors and showcase just how far RESO24 has come.

We recently announced the impending arrival of our Icarian Standing Calf Raise…

Well, we’ve only gone and landed an Icarian Donkey Calf Machine too! 🔥

Another great machine. Another quality addition to the RESO24 floor. And another piece of kit that you just don’t see in many gyms anymore.

We’re always looking for equipment that adds something different to the gym, and this one definitely does that.

The Donkey Calf will arrive tomorrow and be joined by the Standing Calf very soon, giving you even more options when it comes to building those stubborn calves. 🦵

This is an exceptionally rare and highly sought-after machine that will soon be making its way to RESO24🔥

The Precor Icarian range is widely regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilding equipment lines ever produced, combining outstanding biomechanics with legendary build quality and durability that many modern machines still struggle to match.

Today we replaced our Hammer Strength Seated Calf Raise with the Cybex Seated Calf Raise 🔥

A machine admired for its simplicity and its ability to fully isolate the target muscle, nothing complicated, just an exceptionally well-designed piece of kit.

And this one hasn’t arrived by chance.

It’s a sought-after, no-longer-produced model that we’ve been patiently waiting over a year to get our hands on.
