One of the biggest differences in BJJ training is Gi and No Gi.

🥋 Gi Jiu Jitsu uses the traditional jacket and allows grips on the clothing. This creates a slower, more technical style with lots of control and submissions.

👕 No Gi is faster paced and relies more on body positioning, wrestling and movement because there’s no clothing to grip.

Both styles are excellent and both improve different areas of your game.

At the end of the day, they’re both Jiu Jitsu — problem solving under pressure 👊🏻
