We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Jiu-Jitsu Summer Holiday Camp, designed to provide your children with a fun, engaging, and educational experience this summer. Below, you’ll find all the important details about the camp.
**Camp Overview:**
Our Jiu-Jitsu camp aims to teach children the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art that focuses on ground fighting and submission techniques. The camp will help improve their physical fitness, self-defense skills, discipline, and confidence.
**Dates and Times:**
- **Start Date:** 23/07/24
- **End Date:** 30/08/24
- **Days:** Monday to Friday
- **Time:** 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**Age Groups:**
The camp is open to children aged 5 to 12. Participants will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
**Daily Schedule:**
- **9:00 AM - 10:00 AM:** Warm-up and conditioning exercises
- **10:00 AM - 11:30 AM:** Jiu-Jitsu training session 1
- **11:30 AM - 12:30 PM:** Lunch break (Please provide a packed lunch)
- **12:30 PM - 2:00 PM:** Jiu-Jitsu training session 2
- **2:00 PM - 3:00 PM:** Games, review, and cool down
**What to Bring:**
- Comfortable athletic wear (gi must be provided by parents if they wish their child to train in gi)
- Packed lunch and snacks
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen (if applicable for any outdoor activities)
**Safety Measures:**
The safety and well-being of your children are our top priority. All instructors are certified and have extensive experience in teaching Jiu-Jitsu to children. We will also be following all health and safety guidelines, including regular sanitization of the training area and equipment.
**Registration:**
To register your child for the camp, please pick up the registration form at Mampos Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu starting today. Completed forms should be returned by 22/07/24 or until the camp is full, whichever comes first. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to register early to secure a spot.
**Fees:**
- **Camp Fee:** £150 per child
- **Sibling Discount:** 10% off f
